Who provides Suvela

Suvela is provided by AiGNITE Consulting LLC, a company based in Houston, Texas. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean AiGNITE Consulting LLC, and "you" means the client.

What Suvela is

Suvela provides business timing decision support based on Vedic astrological calculation and tradition. It reads a company chart, or an owner chart, and returns ranked timing windows with plain-language reasons and evidence labels.

What Suvela is not

Suvela is not financial, legal, investment, medical, or employment advice. Suvela never provides stock picks or securities timing. Nothing in any deliverable is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. If you need professional advice in any of these areas, consult a licensed professional.

What we do and do not promise

Outcomes are not guaranteed. Timing windows are seasons, not certainties. Every claim in a deliverable carries a source label, classical tradition or engine synthesis, and empirical results are published as testing lands. We describe what the method suggests. We do not promise a result.

How you may not use Suvela

You must not use Suvela outputs to screen, rank, evaluate, or make hiring, promotion, or termination decisions about any individual. Suvela is for business timing, not for judging people. Where we offer alignment products between principals, we provide them only among consenting principals who each request their own analysis.

Refunds

One-time purchases carry a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. Email us and we will process it.

Delivery

We deliver your reading by email after purchase, with the document attached.

License and ownership

Your report is licensed for your own use. You may not resell it or pass it off as your own product. The engine, the method, and the report templates remain the property of AiGNITE Consulting LLC.

Limitation of liability

Suvela is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, AiGNITE Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Suvela or any deliverable. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the reading in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we show the new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
