What we collect

We collect your name and email, your company details and dates, and, where a reading requires it, an individual's birth date, time, and place. We collect only what a reading needs.

How we use birth data

Birth data is personal data. We use it only to compute and produce that client's own reading. We do not use it for anything else.

Payments

Payments run through Stripe. Card numbers are never seen or stored by Suvela. Stripe handles the card details under its own terms.

Email delivery

We deliver readings by email through Resend, which sends the message and the attached document on our behalf.

Analytics

We use PostHog to understand how the site is used. It is configured without cross-site tracking and without advertising profiles. It runs in memory-only mode, so it does not set a cross-site tracking cookie.

We do not sell your data

Personal data is never sold and never shared for advertising. Full stop.

How long we keep it

We keep your inputs and generated readings so you can request copies later. We delete them on request.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, correction of it, or deletion of it. Email hello@suvela.ai and we will act on it.

Cookies and local storage

Because our analytics run in memory-only mode, we do not set a cross-site tracking cookie. The site may use your browser's local storage for basic function, such as remembering your theme. We do not use advertising cookies.

Age

Suvela is for adults. It is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
